The Kolpak KFX7-1206-CR indoor walk in cooler streamlines cold storage for busy kitchens and high-volume operations. Its nominal 11' 7" by 5' 10" footprint and 7' 6.25" height fit efficiently into back-of-house layouts while preserving generous interior room. 26 gauge embossed galvalume panels and a floorless design with vinyl/foam screeds simplify cleaning and integration over existing slabs.
Maintain dependable +35°F medium-temperature holding with pre-charged remote refrigeration rated for indoor or outdoor placement. Stage produce, proteins, and beverages for service, or consolidate bulk deliveries to keep prep lines moving. The remote layout helps relocate heat and noise away from the kitchen.
Operators gain smooth access thanks to a door package with a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer.
