Designed for busy back-of-house environments, the Kolpak KFX8-0610-CR KoldFront walk-in cooler delivers dependable medium-temperature storage at +35°F. Its nominal 5' 10" W x 9' 8" L footprint and 8' 6.25" height fit a variety of kitchen layouts and commissary spaces.
A floorless configuration with 4" vinyl/foam screeds integrates neatly with existing floors to support smooth cart traffic. Durable 26-gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels pair with a robust door package featuring a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer. A 2" dial thermometer and interior light switch provide quick temperature monitoring and lighting control.
The pre-charged remote refrigeration system is rated for indoor or outdoor placement, offering flexibility in equipment positioning. Use it to hold produce, dairy, and proteins at service-ready temperatures, or stage banquet trays and sheet pans for efficient service during peak periods.
