With a nominal footprint of 5'-10" W x 11'-7" L x 8'-6.25" H and interior dimensions of 5'-2" x 10'-11" x 7'-2.25", it maximizes cold storage in tight spaces. The floorless design uses 4" vinyl/foam screeds to integrate cleanly with existing floors and traffic patterns.
Durable 26-gauge embossed galvalume panels inside and out stand up to daily service. Standard door hardware—including a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded field-adjustable hinges, a hydraulic closer, a light switch, and a 2" dial thermometer—helps streamline daily checks for chefs, operators, and facility managers.
