Built with 26-gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels, this unit is engineered for high-traffic kitchens. Standard door hardware—including a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer—helps maintain consistent temperatures and secure product.
