The Kolpak KFX8-1210-CR walk-in cooler centralizes chilled storage for busy back-of-house teams. Its floorless design with 4" vinyl/foam screeds integrates with an existing slab for a clean, efficient installation. A pre-charged remote refrigeration system, rated for indoor or outdoor placement, frees interior space while keeping service access convenient.
With nominal exterior dimensions of 11' 7" W x 9' 8" L x 8' 6.25" H and an interior of 10' 11" x 9' 0" x 7' 2.25", it organizes bulk product, rolling racks, and daily mise en place. Medium-temp performance at +35°F supports prep stations, banquets, and off-peak staging without crowding reach-ins.
Standard door hardware streamlines traffic: a deadbolt locking handle, two spring-loaded field-adjustable hinges, a hydraulic closer, and a 2" dial thermometer with light switch. Use it in commissaries, school nutrition, healthcare, or hotel kitchens to standardize cold storage across shifts. Embossed 26-gauge galvalume interior and exterior panels provide a professional, uniform cabinet.
