The Era floor supports routine staging of ingredients and pans while maintaining a cleanable surface. Nominal and interior dimensions deliver usable space without wasted cubic volume.
Door hardware speeds workflow: a deadbolting locking handle, field-adjustable spring hinges, and a hydraulic closer help secure product and reduce temperature swings.
