Its top-mounted, self-contained 1 hp refrigeration is built for medium temperature holding at +38°F, helping chefs and facility managers keep product at the ready while maximizing usable interior space. The floorless design streamlines installation over existing surfaces and accommodates carts and racks with ease.
Engineered for durability, this cooler uses 26 ga embossed galvalume panels inside and out, paired with 4" vinyl/foam screeds to seal the perimeter. A deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer work together to secure the door and help minimize air loss. A 2" dial thermometer and light switch provide quick, at-a-glance checks during busy service.
Designed for indoor placement, the PX7-1008-CT supports efficient workflows in restaurants, commissaries, hotels, and institutional kitchens. Use it to stage prepared ingredients, hold backup inventory, and maintain consistent temperatures from receiving through service, all while meeting NSF, cUL, and UL standards.
