This medium-temp unit holds at +38F and preserves valuable floor space with a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. A nominal 9'-8" x 9'-8" x 7'-6.25" footprint and a 9' x 9' interior help stage bulk produce, proteins, or dough racks without congestion. The floorless design with 4" vinyl/foam screeds installs cleanly on an existing slab to keep carts moving efficiently. Rugged 26 ga embossed galvalume walls are built to endure daily traffic and frequent loading.
Operators can secure product with a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer. A 2" dial thermometer and light switch allow quick temperature checks and lighting control during service. NSF, cUL, and UL listings support straightforward specification.
