Built with 26 ga embossed galvalume interior and exterior wall panels, this floorless design sets on your existing surface with vinyl screeds for a clean, durable threshold. Standard door hardware—deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer—helps ensure a secure seal and smooth traffic. A dial thermometer and light switch make monitoring and access straightforward for busy teams.
With interior dimensions of 9' 0" x 7' 1" x 8' 2.25", it accommodates bulk ingredients, sheet pans, and banquet platters for restaurants, commissaries, and institutions.
