Kolpak’s Polar-Pak PX8-1012-CT indoor walk-in cooler streamlines cold storage for high-volume kitchens. Top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation and preserves floor space in tight back-of-house layouts. Durable 26 ga embossed galvalume panels stand up to daily use.
The nominal 9' 8" x 11' 7" x 8' 6.25" footprint and generous interior dimensions of 9' 0" x 10' 11" x 8' 2.25" accommodate bulk ingredients, sheet pans, and rolling racks. A floorless design with vinyl screeds integrates cleanly with existing floors, supporting efficient cart traffic.
Standard door hardware enhances workflow and security: a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer maintain a tight seal. Staff can quickly verify conditions with the dial thermometer and control lighting at the switch. NSF, cUL, and UL listings support compliance for commercial operations.
