The Lakeside Manufacturing 155 is a full-height, stainless steel sheet pan/tray rack engineered to streamline staging, proofing, and cooling. This bun pan rack accommodates (10) 18" x 26" pans or (20) half-size pans, helping chefs and foodservice operators organize high-volume production without sacrificing space.
Open sides and a narrow-opening profile accelerate loading and unloading, while angle ledges and 5" spacing keep trays evenly supported and accessible. Roll between prep, oven, and service areas on 4" casters to tighten workflow in bakeries, kitchens, catering lines, and commissaries.
