Hold up to (12) 18" x 26" pans or (24) half-size pans on angle ledges with 5" spacing, giving staff room to load trays and promote airflow. Open sides keep contents visible for fast identification on the line or in the cooler. Put it to work organizing bake-offs, prep batches, banquet plating, and commissary runs.
