This compact 34" x 22" footprint rolls neatly into serving lines, pop-up action stations, or demo areas, functioning as an induction hot food serving counter without the bulk of a built-in setup. Chefs and operators can stage, cook, and serve from one mobile platform to streamline workflow and presentation.
Dial in precise temperatures from 90° to 440°F using the LED control panel, then sear, sauté, or hold on the single flameless induction heat stove. A stainless steel top provides a clean, durable work surface, while the stainless steel interior with laminated exterior supports quick wipe-downs between service.
Keep utensils and smallwares organized in the enclosed base with doors and an interior shelf. Roll smoothly on 5" swivel No-Mark® polyurethane casters, with two brakes to lock the station in place. ETL listed and Made in USA, this cart arrives without a filtration system for straightforward deployment where local ventilation allowances apply.
