Roll the cart to action stations, satellite serving lines, or catering venues, then lock in place with two braked casters. Sear, sauté, or finish made-to-order items such as omelets, stir-fry, and tastings without tying up the main line. The 34" x 22" footprint preserves aisle space and keeps workflow moving in cafeterias, healthcare, and corporate dining.
A stainless steel top and stainless interior stand up to daily use, while a laminated exterior presents clean, guest-facing style. Hinged doors provide enclosed storage for utensils and smallwares. ETL listed and made in the USA.
