Mobilize on-demand cooking with the Lakeside Manufacturing Creation Express™ Station model 2070. This mobile induction hot food serving counter pairs two induction heat stoves with an intuitive LED control panel, allowing staff to cook, finish, and hold items from 90° to 440°F. Its compact 34" x 22" footprint navigates tight spaces and sets securely when service begins.
Stage searing, sautéing, and made-to-order specials at action stations or support pop-up catering where speed and presentation count. A stainless steel top delivers a clean, durable worksurface, while enclosed storage with doors and an interior shelf keeps tools and ingredients organized and within reach.
Engineered with a stainless steel interior and laminated exterior, the 2070 rolls smoothly on 5" swivel No-Mark® polyurethane casters, with two casters braked for stability. ETL and made in the USA, this cart supports flexible, front-of-house production without a built-in filtration system.
