Streamline tray make-up with the Lakeside Manufacturing 2610 tray starter station. This mobile station features a solid top shelf for staging condiments, flatware, or frequently used items, while a back panel accepts two rows of hanging plastic bins (not included) to keep smallwares organized.
Speed assembly by loading full, 1/2, and 1/3 size food pans into the square tube frame, then slide 14"x18" or 15"x20" trays along the ledged compartment to build orders efficiently. Smooth-rolling 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, let staff position the unit where work happens and lock it securely during service.
Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and simplifies cleaning. Ideal for cafeterias, tray lines, and back-of-house prep areas where space and speed matter.
