The Lakeside Manufacturing 2620 tray starter station streamlines trayline and cafeteria service from the first touchpoint. This mobile station combines a tray dispenser and (2) plate dispensers with overshelves featuring stainless steel cutouts that accept 1/4 size food pans (not included) for condiments, flatware, or portion packs.
Speed up workflow as staff load trays and plates, keep garnishes and utensils within reach, and present a clean, organized start to the serving line. Built-in rear storage shelves stage backup items so replenishment is quick and unobtrusive during peak periods.
All-stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and wipes down easily between services.
