Its rectangular 16"D x 48"W x 35-1/4"H footprint balances generous shelf space with easy maneuvering through tight aisles. Three open shelves keep plates, smallwares, and ingredients visible and within reach, while a 10" drop leaf adds instant workspace when needed.
Deploy it for buffet setup, plating lines, or quick turns between prep and service.
