Each shelf provides three edges up to help retain contents and one edge down to speed loading and unloading. A 5-3/8" clearance between levels lets you queue orders, separate product, or hold components without crowding. The integrated push handle enhances control while navigating tight prep areas.
Use the 451 to shuttle baked goods, consolidate tray returns, or stage mise en place between stations. Its open design improves visibility for fast picking and clean resets. Made in USA.
