The Lakeside Manufacturing 460 open tray truck streamlines high-volume tray handling for busy kitchens and foodservice operations. A four-shelf layout lets teams stage, transport, and present product efficiently across prep, cook, and service lines.
Each 50" W x 21" D shelf provides 11-1/2" clearance to fit a variety of trays, pans, or meal kits. Stainless steel construction withstands daily use and sanitation routines, while shelves with all edges down offer smooth, rigid surfaces. A perimeter bumper helps protect walls, equipment, and doorways during movement.
