Streamline prep, staging, and service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 4605 mobile setup station. At 48 inches wide and 23 inches deep, it rolls easily into tight back-of-house corridors or point-of-service areas while keeping tools and supplies organized.
Two open top compartments keep high-use items visible, while two enclosed base compartments secure contents behind hinged doors. Three sets of adjustable universal ledges (1-inch increments) adapt quickly to changing container heights, and two utility drawers hold small tools and supplies.
The upper-right compartment provides space for a computer terminal protected by a clear plexiglas top shield—ideal for order management or menu updates. Built with stainless steel (20-gauge sides, 18-gauge top) on a stainless dolly frame, the unit rides on recessed 5-inch all-swivel cushion casters for smooth, protected mobility.
