Its 2-tier, open design with 18" x 27" shelves and 19" shelf clearance speeds loading, identification, and access. A 1000 lb capacity accommodates small equipment, bulk ingredients, and stacked pans with confidence.
The welded stainless steel construction and U-shaped frame stand up to daily abuse while maintaining rigidity under load. A one-piece vertical push handle enhances control in tight corridors, and 5" swivel casters with non-marking tread roll smoothly while protecting floors.
