Organize and stage plates efficiently with the Lakeside Manufacturing 5111, a mobile, non-heated dish dispenser built to streamline service. Its enclosed, cabinet-style base conceals and protects inventory while a self-leveling tube keeps stacks at a consistent grab height. Chefs and foodservice teams can load once and replenish quickly during peak periods.
Designed for tray lines, buffets, and banquets, this plate dispenser accommodates dishes up to 11" diameter. The Easy-Glide™ mechanism promotes smooth, gentle elevation to help maintain presentation as plates are removed. Rugged stainless steel construction stands up to daily traffic.
Move the unit wherever it’s needed on 4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters; two casters lock for secure staging. Corner bumpers help shield walls and equipment during transport. NSF listed and Made in USA, the 5111 supports efficient workflow from back-of-house prep to the serving line.
