Keep your plating line moving with the Lakeside Manufacturing 5207, a mobile, non-heated dish dispenser built for busy service. Two self-leveling tubes automatically present plates at a consistent height to speed set-up on buffets, banquets, and tray lines. The enclosed cabinet base maintains a clean, professional appearance between stations.
Easy-Glide™ design delivers smooth, controlled dispensing for consistent access. Sized for plates up to 7-1/4" diameter, it’s ideal for bread and dessert plates, side salads, or tasting portions. All-stainless construction handles daily use and cleans easily.
4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters (two with brakes) and corner bumpers help operators maneuver through tight aisles. Chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers can streamline workflow while keeping stacks organized and presentable.
