Three self-leveling tubes keep dish stacks at a consistent, reachable height to accelerate lines and reduce handling. Relocate effortlessly between prep, buffet, and banquet areas on 4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters; two brakes lock the unit securely at the station. Corner bumpers help guard walls and equipment from bumps in tight corridors. Durable stainless steel construction endures daily cleaning and high-volume use.
