Streamline plate staging and service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 5310 dish dispenser. This non-heated, cabinet-style unit organizes high-volume plating with three self-leveling tubes that keep stacks at a consistent grab height. The enclosed base shields inventory between prep and the line to maintain workflow.
Position this mobile plate dispenser beside a cookline, carving station, or cafeteria tray rail to speed plating and reduce bottlenecks. The Easy-Glide™ dispensing system presents one plate at a time, accommodating dishes up to 10-1/8" in diameter for banquets, catering, and healthcare tray service.
Built of stainless steel with corner bumpers and 4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters (two with brakes), it maneuvers easily and locks in place for safe loading.
