Streamline plating and tray-line service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 5400, a mobile, non-heated plate dispenser engineered for high-volume operations. Four self-leveling tubes keep stacks at a consistent grab height to accelerate service. The cabinet-style, enclosed base helps protect dishes from splashes and debris during transport.
Roll the unit into position and let the Easy-Glide™ mechanism deliver smooth, controlled dispensing with minimal effort. Accepts dishes up to 5" diameter—ideal for bread, dessert, and side plates or saucers in cafeterias, banquets, and healthcare settings. Stainless steel construction stands up to frequent cleaning and daily use.
Navigate kitchens and corridors on 4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters, with two casters that lock to secure the unit at the pass or buffet. Corner bumpers help prevent wall and equipment damage during movement. NSF listed and Made in USA for dependable performance in professional foodservice workflows.
