Six stainless steel shelves measuring 28" x 62" with 8-1/2" clearance provide generous staging for trays, sheet pans, and plated meals. Each shelf features three edges up and one down. 8" casters, two fixed and two swivel, offer controlled maneuverability through corridors and busy prep areas. A 1000 lb capacity supports bulk movement between prep, holding, and service stations.
