This cabinet-style unit features an enclosed base that protects dinnerware while keeping it ready for peak periods. Three self-leveling tubes consistently present dishes sized 5-1/8" to 5-3/4", helping crews move quickly during banquets, cafeterias, and trayline operations.
Maintain an efficient workflow as the next plate rises automatically, minimizing handling and reducing slowdowns at the pass. The mobile design lets you position warm dishes exactly where they’re needed—front-of-house buffets, back-of-house expo, or satellite serving stations.
