Streamline plating and service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 6309 heated plate dispenser. Its cabinet-style, enclosed base helps protect stacks while maintaining ready-to-serve plate temperatures from kitchen to line.
Three self-leveling tubes automatically present the next plate and fit 8-1/4" to 9-1/8" diameters, accelerating portioning and pacing. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between services.
Navigate tight corridors on 4" Lake-Glide® swivel casters, then secure two brakes for stable loading at the pass, buffet, or tray line. A 6' coiled cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug powers the unit, supporting mobile setups in banquets, healthcare, and campus dining.
