Keep plating lines moving with the Lakeside Manufacturing 6310, a heated, cabinet-style dish dispenser designed for fast-paced service. Its enclosed base helps maintain dish temperature and protect stacks between turns, supporting clean, organized presentation.
Three self-leveling tubes accommodate 9-1/4" to 10-1/8" dishes, letting chefs and foodservice teams stage ample plates for banquets, cafeterias, and room service without constant adjustments. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and simplifies sanitation.
Position the unit exactly where it’s needed using 4" Lake-Glide swivel casters, then secure it with two locking brakes during service. A 6' coiled cord with NEMA 5-15P provides convenient plug-in power, and NSF and UL listings support compliance for buyers and facility managers.
