The Lakeside Manufacturing 6400 heated dish dispenser boosts plating efficiency and keeps small plates ready for service. Designed for fast-paced foodservice, this mobile unit moves seamlessly from back-of-house staging to buffet, café, or banquet lines.
Four self-leveling tubes maintain consistent stack height for dishes up to 5" diameter, helping staff plate desserts, bread, or saucers without interrupting workflow. Pre-warm plates to support temperature retention on the line or during room service rounds.
A stainless steel, enclosed cabinet protects contents, while Lake-Glide® swivel casters provide smooth maneuverability and secure parking with two brakes. NSF and UL listings support compliance in professional kitchens, and the coiled cord with NEMA 5-15P simplifies plug-and-play operation.
