Two eutectic chilled drawers stage cold ingredients, desserts, or grab-and-go items right at the point of service. Two dry storage drawers keep utensils, ladles, and disposables organized and accessible. Four 5" swivel casters, including two with locking brakes, allow smooth maneuvering
