Built for demanding commercial workflows, the Lakeside Manufacturing Ergo-One® 7030 is a heavy duty, 2-tier stainless steel utility cart that hauls up to 700 lbs with confidence. Its open design streamlines loading and visibility for kitchens, catering, and facilities teams.
Stage sheet pans, shuttle dish racks, or move bulk ingredients on oversized 21" x 49" shelves. An 18-1/2" shelf clearance accommodates stock pots and bus tubs, making it equally effective as a high-capacity bussing cart or a general transport cart.
Two vertical push handles with comfort grips promote ergonomic control, while mixed casters—(2) 5" swivel and (2) 8" fixed with non-marking tread—navigate tight prep areas and long corridors. Front-leg bumpers help shield walls and equipment, and welded stainless construction stands up to daily sanitation.
