Four self-leveling tubes automatically maintain stack height for quick, one-hand access. It accommodates dishes up to 6-1/2" in diameter to support tasting portions, desserts, or bread service.
The open tubular frame promotes visibility and easy loading while minimizing weight for nimble maneuvering. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between rushes. 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, roll smoothly from prep to line and lock securely at the station.
