The Lakeside Manufacturing 763 open tray truck streamlines high-volume tray handling across kitchens, bakeries, and cafeterias. Six 49"W x 21"D shelves with 7" clearance help stage plated meals, pan sets, or prep trays between stations. Durable stainless steel construction and a convenient push handle support reliable daily service.
Three edges up and one down on each shelf help contain contents while allowing quick loading and unloading. Rated for 700 lb, the unit transports bulk items or multiple trays in a single trip to improve workflow and reduce back-and-forth travel.
