The Lakeside Manufacturing 840 enclosed tray delivery cart streamlines high-volume meal service. It holds 16 14" x 18" trays with two trays per ledge and 6-inch spacing for orderly loading and retrieval. Rugged 200/300 stainless steel construction resists wear and simplifies sanitation.
A 270-degree door swing opens fully to speed staging at the trayline and quick unloading at the destination. 5-inch swivel casters roll smoothly and turn easily through tight corridors and service routes. The single-door, single-compartment design protects contents during transport while keeping operations efficient.
