Streamline plating and service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 8408 heated dish dispenser. Designed for busy kitchens and serving lines, it positions warm dishes exactly where your team needs them to speed workflow and maintain presentation. A mobile, open tubular frame enhances access for fast loading, staging, and replenishment.
Four self-leveling dispensing tubes automatically bring stacks within easy reach, while the Easy-Glide design helps staff pull plates smoothly and consistently. Accommodating dishes up to 8-1/8" in diameter, this unit supports salad, dessert, or appetizer service as well as smaller entréeware. Deploy it on buffet lines, in banquet halls, or along tray make-up routes to keep service moving.
Stainless steel construction withstands daily use and simplifies cleaning. Lock it in place with two braking casters, and plug into a standard outlet via the 6' cord with NEMA 5-15P. NSF and UL listings and Made in USA build quality support dependable operation across your facility.
