Ideal for saucers and small plates up to 6" in diameter, this mobile plate dispenser supports efficient plating in cafeterias, banquet buffets, and patient tray assembly. Smooth-rolling swivel casters let staff reposition the unit as stations change, and two brakes secure it during service.
