The Lakeside Manufacturing 927 Adjust-a-Fit® dish dispenser streamlines plating on the line and in the front of house. This mobile, cabinet-style unit features an enclosed base and two self-leveling tubes that keep stacks organized and dishes within easy reach. Its heated design helps you stage plates at serving temperature for smoother service.
Ideal for cafeterias, banquets, and healthcare tray lines, the 927 handles plates up to 9-3/4 inches in diameter. Operators can roll the plate dispenser where it’s needed, then lock the brakes to create a stable plating station. Self-leveling action maintains a consistent rim height as plates are removed for faster, repeatable workflow.
Built from stainless steel, it withstands daily use and wipes down quickly between services. A 6-foot coiled cord with NEMA 5-15P plug provides flexible reach without clutter. NSF and UL listed and made in the USA, this heated dispenser supports reliable performance across demanding foodservice operations.
