Two self-leveling dispensing tubes keep rims at a consistent presentation height, helping crews plate efficiently during peak periods. The Adjust-a-Fit® design accommodates oval platters from 8-3/4" x 9-3/4" to 11-3/8" x 13-1/2", supporting a range of menu and tray configurations.

Built with stainless steel, the 992 stands up to daily use and cleans down quickly. Four-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, allow quick maneuvering between prep, service, and storage.
