Keep dishroom operations organized with the Lakeside Manufacturing B593 soiled dish breakdown cart. It centralizes scraping, draining, and waste handling to speed bussing and staging between the dining room and warewashing area.
Four 14-gauge stainless steel shelves provide durable staging—one flat shelf for trays and three angled shelves to hold plates while directing runoff to the drain pan holder via a clear plastic drain tube. A built-in plastic food scraper and hanging waste bin help staff pre-sort quickly and reduce touches at the sink.
