Four 14-gauge stainless steel shelves—two flat and two angled—organize plates, trays, and racks while encouraging drainage. A drain pan holder with clear plastic drain tube directs runoff to a container, helping contain mess and minimize cleanup time. Durable shelving supports repeated loading and unloading throughout the shift.
Maneuver the cart with tubular push handles and six 8" casters, including two fixed and four swivel for control down hallways and turns. At 75-1/2" W x 30-7/8" D x 69-1/4" H, it provides ample staging without sacrificing mobility. NSF compliance and Made in USA construction support professional standards.
