Its enclosed, welded double-wall stainless steel construction stands up to daily use while helping maintain heat for dependable results. Two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes accommodate plates up to 5" in diameter, delivering smooth, consistent access as stacks go down. Stainless steel heat-retaining covers are included to help hold temperature until the moment of service. Roll the unit between prep, expo, and serving stations with swivel casters, then lock it in place with integrated brakes.
