Keep plates at the ideal serving temperature with the Lakeside Manufacturing E6208, an Express Heat™ plate dispenser cabinet engineered for busy banquet lines, tray service, and buffet operations. Its forced-air heating quickly distributes warmth throughout the tubes to help maintain food quality and presentation from the pass to the dining room.
Improve workflow with (2) self-elevating dispensing tubes sized for 7-3/8" to 8-1/8" plates, allowing staff to load stacks and grab the next plate at a consistent height. The mobile, enclosed-base design rolls smoothly on 4" Lake-Glide™ swivel casters—two with brakes—while corner bumpers help protect walls and equipment during transport.
Built for daily use, the welded double-wall stainless steel cabinet resists dents and cleans easily. Two stainless steel heat-retaining covers are included to hold temperatures between service waves, and a 7' cord with NEMA 5-15P plug makes setup simple on standard 120V outlets.
