Streamline service and keep dishware at the right temperature with the Lakeside Manufacturing E6209 Express Heat™ plate dispenser cabinet. Its forced‑air system quickly warms plates inside an enclosed base to support consistent food quality on the line. The mobile design allows staff to position heated plates exactly where plating, buffet, or banquet service happens.
Two self‑elevating dispensing tubes accept 8-1/4" to 9-1/8" plates, presenting rims level for fast, single‑handed access. Welded double‑wall stainless steel construction endures heavy traffic, while the included stainless steel heat‑retaining covers help conserve heat between rushes.
Navigate tight back‑of‑house corridors with 4" Lake‑Glide™ swivel casters, locking two in place at the point of service. Corner bumpers protect walls and equipment during transport.
