Its forced-air heat and enclosed base help maintain plate temperature so dishes reach guests at their best. Two self-elevating dispensing tubes accommodate 9-1/4" to 10-1/8" plates, keeping stacks at a consistent grab height. Welded double-wall stainless steel construction adds durability and heat retention, while the included stainless steel heat-retaining covers help hold temperature between turns.
