The Lakeside Manufacturing E6211 Express Heat™ plate dispenser cabinet streamlines plating and service for high-volume operations. Forced-air heat and two self-elevating dispensing tubes keep 10-1/4" to 11" plates organized and at the ready.
Roll it seamlessly between prep, buffet, and tray-line stations on 4" Lake-Glide swivel casters, locking two in place when you need stability. Corner bumpers help safeguard walls and equipment during busy turns.
Its welded double-wall stainless steel construction and enclosed base support durable, hygienic performance shift after shift. Two stainless steel heat-retaining covers help preserve temperature between loads, while a 7' cord with NEMA 5-15P makes setup simple on 120v service at 750 watts and 6.5 amps.
