Speed service and elevate presentation with the Lakeside Manufacturing E927 Express Heat™ plate dispenser cabinet. Forced air heat in an enclosed base preheats and holds plates so operators can plate hot entrées without delay. Two self-elevating dish tubes accommodate 6-1/2" to 9-3/4" plates for a steady, ergonomic feed during peak periods.
Mobilize hot plate staging anywhere on the line with 4" Lake-Glide™ swivel casters; two locking brakes stabilize the unit at service points. Corner bumpers help protect walls, doors, and equipment as you maneuver through busy kitchens and banquet spaces.
Built with welded double-wall stainless steel, this durable cabinet stands up to daily use. Stainless steel heat-retaining covers are included to maintain temperature between turns—ideal for buffets, catered events, cafeterias, and healthcare tray lines.
