The Lang 124S LG Series electric countertop griddle streamlines back-of-house workflow with a 24" W x 23" D cooking surface and a 1" highly polished steel plate. Its Selectronic solid state control every 12 inches helps you fine-tune heat across the plate from 175°F to 450°F for consistent results service after service.
Grill breakfast classics, sear burgers, or finish delicate items side-by-side to keep tickets moving during peak periods. A 5-1/2" high side and backsplash contain splatter, while the integrated grease trough speeds cleanup and keeps the station tidy.
